Authenticity & Product Information
Clear item-specific information is more useful than an unqualified authenticity slogan.
What to compare
Read the published brand, product description, Part Number, condition, specifications and images together. Where packaging, labels or batch markings are available in the listing, compare them with the item received. A marketing description should not override a more specific product detail.
Packaging and image differences
Manufacturers may update packaging or labels between production batches. Images can illustrate a product presentation rather than the exact batch supplied; compare the stated specification and identification as well. A packaging change alone does not prove either authenticity or a counterfeit.
If a listing does not show the information you need, ask through an approved contact channel before purchasing. Do not assume that omitted documents, packaging or accessories are included.
Claims must be supported
We do not make a blanket guarantee about every brand or claim manufacturer authorization without evidence. Genuine/Original, OEM and Aftermarket are distinct descriptions. For a concern about an item received, keep the packaging and relevant identification and follow the Returns & Refunds process.
