Prices, currency, availability and totals shown at Cart/Checkout are checked again when the order is created. A saved cart does not reserve stock. Some items with finite stock or unavailable/discontinued status cannot be bought online.

An apparent pricing or product-information error requires review, not a unilateral increase to a paid order. Any proposed correction, cancellation or remedy must be communicated and handled consistently with applicable consumer rights.

Order creation and payment

An order reference confirms an order record was created; it does not prove payment, dispatch or a completed sale. A payment-provider redirect or browser return is not payment confirmation. For DuitNow QR or bank transfer, an authorized administrator must verify full MYR bank receipt before the order is treated as paid.

Use only payment options offered by the site. Live payment activation remains subject to approval and is not represented as enabled by these terms. Do not share full card details with support.

Cancellation, fulfillment and delivery

Do not assume an order can be cancelled after fulfillment has begun. Any cancellation request must be reviewed under the order status, the applicable rights and the support process. Cancellation of an order is not evidence of a completed refund.

New orders use fixed shipping: West Malaysia RM10 for normal items, RM25 for large or mixed orders, with at most one large sale unit per order. East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan) is RM25 for explicitly approved normal items only; large or unapproved items cannot check out. Unclassified items or normal items without an owner-set quantity limit cannot check out. Review your address, shipping and final total before placing the order. Existing orders retain their recorded amounts and any pending confirmation process. An estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date. Shipment information appears only when it can be safely associated with the order; its absence is not proof that the order is unpaid or lost.

Give accurate information, keep account credentials private and do not attempt to access another customer’s account, bypass security or misuse the website. Use automotive products for their stated purpose and seek competent installation advice.
