Who handles information and where it comes from
LSW AUTO PART is the trading brand of the registered operator identified above. The customer service and privacy email is published above and on Contact Us.
Information comes from you when you register, place an order or raise a support enquiry; from your browser when you use the site; and from service providers when they confirm payment or delivery activity.
Information processed
Depending on the service used, this may include name, email, phone, delivery address, account authentication and session information, order items and values, payment status and limited transaction references, shipment information, support correspondence and relevant vehicle/Part Number details.
Technical and browsing information can include security events, network/device information, locale, page interactions and session-linked activity. Do not provide identity documents or full card details through ordinary support channels. Payment providers handle payment credentials; LSW should not retain full card details.
Purposes and your choices
Information is used to manage accounts and orders, arrange payment and delivery, help with fitment enquiries, review returns or warranty requests, maintain necessary records, improve the service and protect against misuse.
Required fields are marked in the relevant form. Without necessary account, contact or delivery information, the requested account or order service may not be available. Optional details are voluntary. There is no marketing opt-in offered by these pages; using them is not consent to unrelated marketing.
You may seek to limit processing, withdraw consent where consent is relied on, or object to direct marketing through an approved contact channel. Some processing or retention may still be needed for existing orders or lawful obligations.

Retention and security
Account, order, support, security and financial records are kept for the purposes described and applicable legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed. No arbitrary fixed retention period is promised; the operator must finalize the record-specific retention schedule.
Access controls and proportionate safeguards are used to protect information. No system is absolutely secure. Necessary session cookies support sign-in and order access; restricting them may affect those functions. We must address incidents and notifications in accordance with applicable requirements.
Access, correction and contact
