Check the written coverage

Genuine/original parts receive no additional commercial warranty from LSW. This does not exclude responsibility for wrong, damaged, missing or defective goods, or any applicable legal rights.

Each item is governed by the specific warranty policy on its product page and any written terms supplied with it. No store-wide warranty duration is promised. Confirm the coverage, duration, claim route and exclusions for that item. Where no commercial warranty is stated, do not assume a manufacturer-backed warranty. LSW does not claim vehicle-brand or manufacturer authorization merely by listing a product.

Installation and use

Incorrect installation, selection for the wrong vehicle, modification, misuse, accidental damage and normal wear may fall outside a stated commercial warranty where the written terms lawfully provide this. The cause of the issue and the applicable terms must be assessed; these descriptions do not automatically reject every claim.

Use a competent installer and follow the product and vehicle instructions. Stop using a part that appears unsafe. Keep purchase evidence and relevant installation records.
